How to order raschel knotless fishing nets with your factory？

If you are first time to sourcing raschel knotless nets and dont know how to specify your nets details requirements with our factory,then dont worry about this,we will help you solve it out.Normally,all our customers inquiry nets from us and have to specify below details beore our quotation.

When ordering nets, please specify:

1. Kind Of Yarn?

(i) Polyethylene (PE), e.g. 380D,250Denier (D), 800 D

(ii) Nylon Multifilament, e.g. 210 D

(iii) Nylon Monofilament, e.g. 0 0.20 mm (millmeter), 0 0.33 mm

2. Kind Of Twine?

Number of plys and strands of twine: e.g. 6ply,9ply,12ply etc.

(i) Number of plys means total number of single yarn twisted together to compose twine.

(ii) Number of strands means number of set of yarns twisted together to compose twine.

4. Depth Of Net?

Depth of net is indicated by either Mesh Depth (MD) or depth/width measurement:

(i) Number of meshes (e.g. 100 MD, 400 MD) (ii) Meters, Feets or Yards (e.g. 20Mtr, 50 Ft, 30 Yds)

5. Lenght Of Net?

This can be indicated by either Mesh Length (ML) or length measurement:

(i) Number of meshes (e.g. 600 ML, 1200 ML) (ii) Meters, Feets or Yards (e.g. 90Mtr, 100 Ft, 50 Yds)

6.Net Color.
